Description
These A II series LED lights from Chihiros are specially designed for densely planted, openly operated freshwater aquariums. They are full-spectrum lamps covering a spectral range of approx. 400 - 700 nm, with a strong focus on the red and blue range without neglecting the green-yellow rays. The individual LEDs have a colour temperature of about 8.000 Kelvin and their uniform arrangement in 3 rows across the entire lamp ensures a well-balanced illumination.
The LED lamps are equipped with an integrated Bluetooth controller. This distinguishes them from the A series, which requires an external device. The controller allows you to easily set the timer, light intensity, sunrise and sunset simulations via "My Chihiros APP".
With a width of only 6,7 cm and a height of 1 cm, these aquarium lamps are extremely slim in design, making them very unobtrusive in the room. They are attached to a transparent acrylic holder, emphasising the attractive design of the case, which acts as an indirect heat sink. The feature to swivel the lamps of the A II series gives the aquarium keeper a wide range of options for illuminating his tank in an individual way.
The LED housing is splash-proof according to IP43 and can, therefore, be operated over open aquariums without hesitation. Even the combination with a cover plate is no problem. The lamps of series A II are not designed to be used under a closed top. The LEDs would corrode, due to the water vapour.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Plants and algae love this little light and it's all controlled by a free app. My biggest complaint is the light has a noticeable green hue to it. Sure green plants pop, but my blue and red dragonscale betta and everything else not green looks off and washed out.
Only turned on to see if it is working, app is not soo good, takes time to conect with light, we will see in future how it goes.
I got two of these lights to add to my aquariums. Nice to look at them when on top of the aquarium (nice design) but feels cheap when you touch it (but not hot even at 100% power even after hours).
I do not think the sticker for the warranty (that you should not remove it in order not to void warranty) will stay on the light for more than a month (for sure it will not last for two years which is the warranty period), due to the temperature of the light and the humidity from the aquarium. The package was from series A (I thought I got wrong product before opening the package). I believe it should be from series A II and display the info from A II and not A.
Pros: Good quality light source, nice color (Hemianthus callitrichoides Cuba plant shows vivid green), controllable (Sunrise/Sunset) through Bluetooth using the Chihiros app.
Cons: If you do a ramp up for 30 minutes you can see the clicks/steps of the light adjusting its power.The way the light rotates, seems like it was not designed to do so but it is like a result of the way the plastic holder fits the light. Fixed length. With A series (also fixed length) you can buy from Chihiros adjustable legs, with A II you cannot.Not so strong for 21Watts. My GHL 14.4 Watts have 30% more output. It seems like Chinese meters the wattage in the input and the Germans on the output.The app is not so smart (comparing with other apps). You need to keep an eye on it. After 15 days one of the two lights was getting up to 40% and not to 80% that was adjusted. Needed to reset the app to get it up and running again. 1% on App is 10% in reality and 80% is 97%.
I would rate it with 3 starts but I gave 4 stars because I bought it on offer, so it had good value for money.
