Description
The main advantage of Neo skimmer in a planted aquarium over oil film removal is its ability to aerate water, simply put the skimmer at night and remove in the morning, plants require oxygen at night and co2 in morning while the lights are on. The skimmer will aerate at night providing oxygen to the plants increasing o2 level. This omits the use of additional accessory such as an air pump.
The New Skimmer V2 released is with updated design with many changes such as longer stem and wider cylinder which prevents the dropping of skimmer as was the main issue in previous V1 version. You also get enhanced skimming capability due to the new design.

Principle of oil film removal
The oil film that has passed through the Neo Skimmer is crushed very finely and loses its flotation. Eventually, it enters the inlet of various filters and is biologically decomposed.
2. It doesn't take up space.
The largest product, L size, is only 4 cm wide and 4.5 cm high.
It connects to not inlet, but the outlet.
3. It don't need electricity.
Based on Bernoulli's principle, it uses the correlation between flow velocity and pressure.
4. It doesn't trap creatures
Since it is located at the outlet, any creature that enters the skimmer is immediately discharged.
5. It's easy to adjust
The ability to remove the film can be adjusted by moving the part up and down and rotating the left and right sides.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
