Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want the product to be re-sellable to another customer just like you would want a new product.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aquascaping.in If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods & Live Stock (such as live fish, live shrimps, or live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or filled co2 cylinders . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Well... this product left me a little cold. Too fussy for an action as simple as siphon, in the end the best siphon the simplest. The product does not meet in several respects, which is supposed to facilitate priming, complicates it since it is not a slight gesture you have to make it strong. The bell is anchored with 3 notches by means of a twist, which gives the feeling that they will break every time you trigger it, plus air enters through them and scales. The stop button is a mess, I don't see it real usefulness, basically it gets air into the circuit and that's it, then it's time to prime again. I definitely don't recommend your purchase. I bought the most basic Sera for 7 euros and more than happy.
The product is composed of well-known parts of the Eheim installation set 1 and 2 for external filter hoses. A total of 3 extensions are included with each sealing ring. This allows different pelvic depths to be addressed. The large bell is nicely practical when vacuuming, so also the possibility to interrupt the water column immediately at the touch of your finger. This is done easily at the top extension. The following contra-angle piece is a certain weak point of the system, where air often accumulates and prevents a faster flow of water.
Having arrived at the water flow, I can summarize that the size of the bell mentioned above, the turbulent up and down movement at the start of the suction process, and the overall length of the extractor is more than a large size, indicate that the product is designed for larger aquariums. However, the connection size of the supplied hose of 9/12 cross section disappoints precisely in this respect. The flow of water, disturbed by the air bubble at the contra-angle, suffers very much from the thin hose. Clearly, it is possible to remedy this situation with a different hose, but in my opinion it is rather not to be expected with a so-called cleaning set.
All in all, the suction, without further modifications to the system, is unfortunately only partially sufficient to vacuum the sandy bottom of my aquarium. The information provided by Eheim should be adjusted so that the vacuum cleaner is useful for larger pools from approx. 120cm edge length.
Like other manufacturers, this muslin vacuum cleaner also has the system with the shake. And here, too, it does not work reasonably. One has destroyed half his basin with the shaking back and forth until the water finally runs. I have disposed of the part and can't make a purchase recommendation.
Bought for the second time, the first I stepped on it and then broke it
I don't know how the part is supposed to work in a 60 litre tank unless you want to kill your fish. Needs such a high up- and down-frequency to start, that the water splashes out of the aquarium, the whole bottom muzzle is swirled up and the fish are completely spinning!
